Why So Serious? are a powerhouse three-piece live band bringing the sound, energy and stage presence of a much bigger line-up into one brilliantly versatile trio. With Andrea on lead vocals and guitar, Pierre driving the rhythm on drums – or cajón when strolling – and Franck on bass and backing vocals, they deliver a tight, charismatic performance built around great songs, huge grooves and plenty of interaction with the crowd.

One of the band’s biggest strengths is their versatility. Why So Serious? can perform a fully amplified live set when it is time to get everyone onto the dance floor. Or completely switch things up and perform roaming sets, moving amongst guests and turning the music into an interactive part of the event.

Expect slick transitions, strong vocals and a wide-ranging repertoire that moves effortlessly through generations and genres. From laid-back grooves and instantly recognisable singalongs to upbeat party favourites, their sets are designed to read the room and build the atmosphere as the event unfolds.

With songs performed across five different languages, they are also particularly well suited to international weddings and events, bringing different nationalities together around the songs everyone knows.
