DJ Dave Ryan, widely known as Pocket Sized Dave, is a seasoned DJ and selector rooted in the underground rave and club scene, now a familiar presence on the après-ski circuit in Val d’Isère. With over two decades of experience behind the decks, Dave has developed a signature style that blends funky new hooks with crowd-pleasing classics, creating infectious, jackin’ grooves that keep dancefloors moving.

Originally cutting his teeth in the early 2000s with rave crews and free parties in northern England, Dave went on to play alongside respected names like Andy Weatherall, Paul Woolford, Norman Jay, Kissy Sell Out and A Skillz — a testament to his versatility and deep understanding of rhythm and crowd energy.

Based in the French Alps, he is a long-serving resident DJ at the legendary Dick’s Tea Bar in Val d’Isère, where his eclectic sets span house, electro, funky grooves and more, all delivered with feel-good energy that suits lively après-ski crowds and late-night parties alike.
