HOW TO BOOK YOUR WEDDING BAND

Booking your wedding band with Après Ski Bands is a boutique experience designed to be both simple and personal. We’ve refined the process into 8 easy steps – a clear path from first enquiry to the final encore – with our dedicated team supporting you at every moment. From selecting the right artist to managing logistics and last-minute details, you can relax knowing the soundtrack to your day is in expert hands.
Our 8-Step Boutique Booking Process:
1. Search
Browse our website and explore our artists.
Even if an act isn’t available, it gives us a clear sense of the style and music you’re drawn to.
2. Enquiry
Complete our enquiry form and tell us about your event – from the vibe you’d like to create to the finer details.
The more information you share, the more precisely we can tailor our recommendations.
One of our team will respond personally to guide you from the very start.
3. Quote & Availability
We’ll put together a curated selection of acts, including fees and performance costs.
If you’re unsure which act is right, we’ll advise you based on years of experience, hundreds of live shows, and our close relationships with every act we represent.
4. Decision & Booking Form
Once you’ve chosen your perfect act, we’ll prepare the booking document. Your dedicated agent will manage the paperwork on your behalf, so there’s no form-filling stress on your side.
5. Deposit & Confirmation
With your deposit received, your act is officially contracted.
We’ll then set up a shared live document between you, us and the musicians – ensuring everyone always has the most up-to-date information.
6. Special Requests
From first dances and ceremony processionals to awards stings and DJ playlists, we’ll liaise with you and your act on every detail.
Your musical moments will be handled with care.
7. Venue & Production
We work directly with your venue and/or planner on all production requirements – from set-up logistics to sound checks – while keeping you updated via the shared booking document.
8. Completion
Two weeks before your event, we’ll finalise all details, ensure the balance is paid and ‘sign off’ everything that has been agreed. From there, the musicians complete their final preparations, and you can relax knowing it’s all in hand.
On the big day, your agent remains by your side in the background, liaising with the act so you can focus on the celebration.
After the event, we’ll follow up to hear about your experience and give you the chance to share feedback.
